Sanjana Nidugondi

Licensed Master Social Worker

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker with an MSW from Columbia University. My training has focused on supporting survivors of violence who hold marginalized identities, particularly queer and trans survivors of color. My work is rooted in values of restorative and transformative justice.

I incorporate elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and somatic work to form a strengths-based, culturally cognizant therapeutic approach. I strive to create an empathic, affirming environment that honors authenticity and creates a genuine therapeutic alliance. together, we can celebrate strengths, recognize areas for growth, and build skill

As a queer person of color and a first-generation immigrant, I am grateful for the people and spaces that helped me recognize the strength of my story. I strongly believe in the power of storytelling as part of healing and transformative work. I hope that therapy can be a place to reclaim your narrative and begin your healing.
