Mariah Fountain

Licensed Master Social Worker

Mariah is a Licensed Master Social Worker and a proud graduate of The State University of New York at Albany. Over the last ten-plus years she has provided clinical services utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities, including CBT, TFCBT, DBT, RODBT, Mindfulness, Grief and Loss, and Motivational Interviewing.


Mariah’s style of practice utilizes a trauma-informed lens to support clients in navigating their therapeutic journey with a holistic approach to healing. Her clients are supported in developing and strengthening skills around managing healthy relationships, establishing and implementing healthy boundaries, identifying triggers and managing reactions, strengthening emotional intelligence, and building one’s overall self-awareness.


Mariah strives to be a healing resource for clients and partner with them to create a therapeutic space free of judgment that can empower them to become their desired version of themselves.


We all have a story to tell about the hurt that has happened to us. Mariah’s practice supports clients in therapeutically leaning into those hard spaces in search of deep healing and allowing maximum growth. She passionately believes in the power of our individual resiliency!
