I have been a therapist since 2009 and a clinical social worker since 2014. I completed my psychotherapy and SIFI certificate at NYU. I am trained and knowledgeable in various modalities including but limited to, CBT, Narrative Therapy, IFS, ACT and Polyvagal Therapy. I have also worked in different levels of care which includes; outpatient mental health, inpatient mental health, and Manage Care Organizations. I have supervised several therapists since 2014 and have also been the director of two community mental health clinics. In my role at a Managed Care Organization, I learned how to document for medical necessity to ensure that services are authorized. And, most recently, I started and have grown a private psychotherapy practice.
